Thank you for Swapper. We would like to take a few moments to outline a few simple rules of conduct for using the Swapper product and services. These are all common-sense, and we trust you to be responsible when using Swapper or posting content on your Wambo profile (also referred to as Swapper profile page).
Our approach to moderation. We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not have access to the content of private conversations you may have inside of Swapper and we do not actively moderate or look at what you post on your Wambo profile. In return, we expect you to to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the user agreement for using Swapper software and exercise good common sense when publishing content on your Wambo profile.
We Review Content Flagged As Inappropriate on your Wambo profile. When a piece of content that’s posted on a Wambo profile gets flagged as inappropriate, we review it to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use. If we remove your content after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully, and you should take our warning notification seriously. You are encouraged to read our Terms of Use and try to see it from our perspective. If you find other materials you posted on your Wambo profile with the same violations, please flag them, or better, remove them all together.
Keep it under control.
To avoid getting your content removed or account shut down, simply follow a few simple guidelines:
- Swapper is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your photo, video, audio or message or file you are planning on sharing privately or publicly, don’t use Swapper.
- Respect copyright. Only share content that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don’t share content you didn’t make.
- We encourage free speech and defend everyone’s right to express unpopular points of view. But we don’t permit hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality.
- There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members’ personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from Swapper.
For copyright owners. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and trust that a Swapper user has infringed upon your copyrights, you can submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by filing a notice of infringement with Wambo Inc. To file a notice of infringement with Wambo Inc., provide a written communication (by fax, regular mail or e-mail) that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether material available online infringes your copyright, we suggest that you first contact an attorney. To expedite our ability to process your request, please use the following format (including section numbers):
- Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work listed in item #1 above or which you claim is the subject of infringing activity. You must identify each separate item of infringing material.
- Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Wambo Inc to locate the material.
- Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Wambo Inc to contact you (email address, telephone number and a mailing address).
- Provide information, if possible, sufficient to permit Wambo Inc to notify the user that allegedly sent infringing material (email address is preferred).
- Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- Sign the paper.
- Send the written communication to the following address:

Summary
No pornography or sexually explicit content. If this can describes your video, photo, audio or message file, don’t use Swapper for sharing it with friends or posting it on your Swapper profile.
No content featuring illegal acts. This includes violence, acts of terror, animal abuse, etc.
No copyrighted materials. Wambo expressly prohibits the use of its software or Web site for the illegal transmission of copyrighted material. Only share or post content you have obtained rights to use. No copyrighted music, no cracked software, no copyrighted videos, etc.
No hate speech. You are not allowed to post any form of hate speech on your Swapper profile, including attacks against a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, nationality, belief.
No harassment. We do not tolerate the use of Swapper or your Swapper profile for the purpose of stalking, threatening, harassing or invading privacy of anyone, Swapper user or not.
