Our philosophy is focused on ownership.  Ownership for everyone -- not just investors, not just a CEO.  While we do employ about ten Wambo-ites, as a Venture Knowledgist we'd rather have you be an owner -- with CEO level ownership, even if you are a software developer -- than a paid staff member who gets little ownership.  

The concept means that, as a knowledge worker, you become an investor in a business -- but, you "invest code, not cash." For that valuable contribution, if you're a software developer or designer, you can earn solid ownership and become a key part of a property's success.  Our goal is to merge a great idea with great talent.
